The generated document contains the test case steps and the screenshots taken during its execution(*). It is also possible to configure GXtest to include the results of the execution of each step. You can set this on the Options menu -> Local Settings -> Other -> "Include testcase results in document".

It is possible to generate this documents as a Word document, or an HTML file. The one that is generated as a Word document, is created based on a MSWord(**) template, so you can modify the template to adjust the logo and styles. The template is located in the GXtest Designer installation directory, under the Files directory (by default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Abstract\GXtest Designer\Files\DefaultTemplate.dotx.

(*) The screenshots included in the document depend on the execution detail level configuration (See Configuration of the results detail level).

(**) Although the generation of the file from a template requires MSWord installed, an alternate (lower quality) generation is supported when MSWord is not installed (for example, execution results are not included).

Another alternative, is to save the export results as an HTML file, including the screen captures and the steps executed.
