GXtest has two database schemes, usually called GXtestManager and GXtestRepository.
One scheme is for the Manager, which is a GeneXus application that when you install it the schema is updated with a reorganization of the tables.
The other scheme is for the Designer and this is updated when you open GXtest Designer and select the database in question.
Before performing a migration you should back up the contents of two databases at SQL Server level, or by using the Export feature of GXtest Designer.
